5 Count (Pack of 1), Single Serve Pouches. This pre-portioned single serving pouch contains the perfect measure for a perfect 12oz cup.

2.Loose Tea, 1 Pouch 20g Herbal Tea 

20 grams- Loose leaf tea, enough to make approximately 18-22 cups of tea.

Suggested preparation: Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength is reached.

Add sugar, honey, milk, cream, or any other finishing touch to your delicious, home-brewed cup of tea! (Not mandatory, but trying never hurt anybody!)
