By completing your order and using this site you agree to all of our terms and conditions and to follow the privacy policy.

Please read these terms prior to completing your order.

Payments:

Credit Card: an invoice will be e-mailed to you. Your order will not be processed until  payment is made. Simply click on the link in the e-mail you received and enter in your card information. The shipping timeline starts after the payment is made, not when the order is placed.

Gift Card/Other: If paying with a gift card/walmart to walmart please e-mail a copy of the payment receipt or gift card to starseedbotanicals@protonmail.com

 

Shipping Terms:

Please note ALL orders require 24-48 business hours for processing prior to shipment. The shipping time displayed is the time of the actual shipment. Please count on the package being received by the courier within 48 business hours of your order being paid. We do not ship orders out the same day they are received. We do ship as soon as possible but keep in mind we get hundreds of orders per day.. We are open Monday through Friday, 9-5 Pacific Time. Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday, and will ship no later than Wednesday

All orders come with a standard "Notice to Law Enforcement" describing section 7606 of the 2014 Agricultural Act. Orders also include a copy of the test results for the product enclosed. Starseed Botanicals will not include a bill of lading or an invoice inside the package. 

Starseed Botanicals uses legal methods of shipping to customers and all packages are sent via our customers shipping method requests i.e. priority vs. first-class. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers' address, lost in transit, undelivered or mistakenly seized.

International Shipments:

Returns Policy

Due to the sensitivity of our products, we cannot accept any returns once an order has been received. We are able to cancel your order any time before it ships. If the order has a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no cost. When order is cancel you should expect to receive your refund within few weeks however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 15 business days).

You agree to not dispute your credit card for any reason. If you have any issues, regarding your order. please contact us and we will make it right.

Delayed / Lost packages:

Over 95% of the time, our packages arrive on time with no delays. On occasion a package will get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most cases that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the package. You can reach UPS at 866-PICK-UPS.

If you order using First Class Mail, please note there is no insurance and should the package be lost, we will not replace it.

If you would like insurance please use Priority Mail which does come with $100 in insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim. If it has been more than 15 days and you do not have the package, please contact us and we will file the claim.

We do offer insured shipping, for packages above $100. Please select the Insured Shipping Option if you would like to have the whole order insured.

We are not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox. We are not responsible if a package is stolen out of your mailbox or doorstep.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We value your business, and we try really hard to provide the highest quality product with the best possible service. We rely on the golden rule, and we ask our customers do the same. We will treat you with the utmost respect, and expect the same treatment in return. If the customer behaves rude, belligerent, or disrespectful, the order risks being canceled. Bottom line, be cool and we will do the same
